Store Policies

 

Store Terms:

Orders will be shipped out as soon as payments have cleared.  (Orders are typically processed and shipped out within 2 business days.)  On occasion, we might be away on journeys to hunt for cool new items.  Whenever that happens, we will be sure to let you know on our website and Facebook page before you place an order as order.  If the shop is closed during that time, order processing time might take longer.

Should an item be unavailable, we will send you an email as soon as possible to advise.  Many items are one-of-a-kind.  Others are items that we can obtain regularly from sources.  If we are out of stock on an item, feel free to email us at heybeatbopboom@gmail.com and ask if it might be in stock again or if it is no longer in production.

We will never sell your information, including email addresses to any third parties.  We think it's a drag, and we know that you do, too.

It is the responsibility of the Customer to ensure that all details for their orders are correct at the time of ordering.  Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes or corrections.

California residents: CA Sales Tax will be added to orders.  (Shipping fees are not taxable.)

International Customers:

International orders: We ship USPS First Class Mail International OR USPS Priority Mail International (if requested). We are not responsible for any items that are lost or damaged in the mail once they leave the country since we are unable to track items outside of the U.S.A.  (If you would like to add shipping insurance on an order, please contact us to verify the additional cost.)

**Please note: import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.  They are the buyer's responsibility. We recommend that you check with your Customs office to determine what these charges will be prior to making your purchase.  Shipping times can also vary depending on your country's local Customs Department.**

 

Returns: 

Returns will be accepted if within 30 days of the original order date on any items not marked "Final Sale."  Please email us as soon as possible if you need to return an item or if there is any issue with your order so that we are aware.  Beat Bop Boom will then email you with instructions for processing your return refund request.  The Customer is responsible for shipping costs on returned items.  Items must be returned in the same condition as they were purchased and returned in any original merchandise packaging.  

For any items returned in opened packaging, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.  (Original shipping fees paid are non-refundable.)  Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment within 7 days of Beat Bop Boom receiving the returned item.
